Most paperweights simply are not the quality you would want to give to your boss, valued employees, or co-workers.  These iceberg paperweights are the exception.  They are large, heavy, and very beautiful.  And they are much more impressive in person.  I find them quite awe inspiring.

These paperweights are one of my husband's favorite pieces of cobalt blue glass.

The horizontal collectible paperweight is 5 inches tall and 7 inches wide. 

The vertical collectible paperweight is 7 inches tall and 5.75 inches wide.

Both paperweights are handcrafted in the USA by Mosser Glass.
