Easy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip Recipe

1 8 oz. package cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients until well combined and smooth. Using an electric mixer will make the dip lighter in color and texture. May be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Just bring almost to room temperature and stir before serving.

Serve with any fruit, but the dip is especially good with apples and pears.
