Shipping Information

Free shipping on orders over $99.  Just choose the "free shipping" option in your shopping cart instead of a shipping carrier.  Orders purchased under free shipping will be sent FedEx Home Delivery or Ground and will be insured.

Free shipping is to a single address.  Please order items to be sent to different addresses separately.

Note:  If you choose free shipping and your order is not over $99, you will be contacted to make an adjustment to your order before it can be filled.

Our shopping cart automatically adds together the shipping weights of your purchases.  Purchasing additional items may only add a dollar or two to your total shipping cost.  The first pound costs the most!  Save on shipping costs by ordering several items at once rather than ordering items one item at a time.  Or make single purchases of $99 or more and never pay shipping.

Orders are packed and shipped normally within two business days after payment is verified. 

For orders by check, there could be a substantial delay until the check clears.   Money orders should be for the exact amount only and issued by a prominent seller such as USPS, or national store chains.

E-check orders take 3 to 5 days to clear.  Credit card and PayPal account payments are processed immediately.

All packages can be tracked.  You will receive an email when your package ships.

We ship only in the 48 contiguous state of the USA.  Sorry, no international addresses accepted at this time.

To ensure that your Laurie's Cobalt World products are delivered in a timely fashion, please double check your address as you complete your order.  Errors in addresses cause delays in delivery.

Sorry, we cannot accept orders to PO Boxes.

If an item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and the item.  Contact us so that we may replace the item and submit a claim to the carrier.   All packages are insured.

Although most packages will arrive sooner, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.  Special orders require longer delivery times, but those estimates will be printed on our website with the product information.

To keep your costs down and help protect our environment, we use clean recycled boxes and packing materials where possible.
